I think the reasons why the amount of the players is decreasing are consisted of several problems. Both of you are talking about the internal factors. However, the main reason must be the the external factor---the players in War3 are reducing.On the other hand, the effectiveness of promotion is dropping down as well.
The only way to survive is to make the business become various but it is related to the policies of Urbase.
I know the fact is brutal but real ,nothing can stay at the initial point through many years.
