因為如果我沒有financial incentive，沒有心情打文章

正如世界除了極權國家，很少人會花那麼多時間支持政府而打那麼多字和集會，或我們稱的pro-governmental rally.
因為大部分在民權政府生活下的人民，都認為政府做得好是應該的(obligation/ duty)，because they are well paid.
而且他們是servant(公僕)，地位比人民低微

而極權國家的人民，花錢花時間支持政府的原因只有兩個:
1. 被迫
2. 有錢收

本人重點是兩彈一星計劃是周恩來下令保護，即國務院而非毛澤東。毛澤東反而從炮打司令部開始，全國的科學院運作幾乎停頓，很多科學人才也被肅整身絕。

而且，在風險管理學中，先引用David Carson and Andy Bain 在 Journal "Professional Risk and Working with People: Decision-making in Health, Social Care and Criminal Justice" 中的文章 "Risk: making it work for and not against you", "... a tit for tat (以牙還牙) approach is profoundly wrong. The magnitude of the possible harms may be entirely different. They do not just cancel each other out. And only identify sufficient possible benefits to cancel out the possible harm could seriously understate the case for taking the risk. 從根本上，國家在有限度的經濟資源調配底下，將資源給了研究兩彈一星。以現代說法，就是一個笑話 (it is ridiculous)。正如DPRK現在的先軍政治以恫嚇美國，藉而取得經濟援助，是不成熟和本末倒置的表現。

就是這樣。

另外，除了看書我也會看看電影、跑跑步的、食飯、睡覺...。
