Although Area WWII is lacking a skilled supervisor ,we shall assess the attendant's ability.
From my point of view,thare are 4 basic skills that the supervisor needs to meet.
1. Fluency of reading and writing in English.
(If we want to collect the vary and rare information, we need to look at the History book in English.)
2. Knowing well of basic information about WWII
3. Working independently in pressure
4. Having enough time to supervise the board
Most impotantly, as a head of supervisor, you have to promote the sense of "peace"
to our lovely members and respond the social responsibility.
